Most game developer’s i’ve met often use Blogs or Wiki’s to keep in contact with their team to post everything from Progress Reports, Concept Art, Announcements and Suggestions.

Though conversations on instant messaging programs are great to toss idea’s around. It’s great to keep everything logged into this Blog so that we haven’t missed anything.
